Rückgabe- und Rückerstattungsrichtlinien

We establish this policy to ensure that you are fully informed about our refund and return policies and procedures. These guidelines apply to Germany.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY:
If you would like to return an item and receive a refund, please notify us by email at info@wickfood.de within 14 days of delivery. If you found a defective product, please send us a picture of a damaged product. We will then send the courier to collect the item for you. We bear the entire costs of the case. We will send you a new item at no additional cost and if you no longer need the item, we will refund you the entire order amount to the card you used to make the purchase. If you have ordered an incorrect product and wish to exchange it, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The product should not be used. Once we receive the product, we will refund the order amount. on the card you used to make the purchase.

RETURN PROCESS:
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wickfood.de or call us at +49 (0) 7821 98273370. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to do it and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first being returned will not be accepted.

DAMAGED AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the incorrect item so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

To return your product, you should contact our email address.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

EXCHANGE:
We only exchange products that are damaged, incorrect, incorrectly sized or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@wickfood.de or call us on +49 (0) 7821 98273370.

RESTOCKING FEE:
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Refund period:

It will take 5-7 business days for the customer to receive a refund. We will refund the money to the customer’s card after receiving the goods.

Please note that we will immediately credit the money back to the customer’s card after receiving the goods. However, their bank usually takes 5-7 business days to process the refund and deposit it into the customer’s credit card account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time for a refund to be posted.
